Introduction
GRIQ Society is the new millennium high IQ society for the profoundly gifted homines intelligentes. Founded in 2011 by Dr. Evangelos Katsioulis MD, GRIQ sponsors international memberships and functions as an entirely web based superior intelligence community.
GRIQ Society is the 25th member society of the World Intelligence Network (WIN)
Cognitive Performances
The minimum requirement to enter the GRIQ Society is a performance on an acceptable standardized IQ test of at least second standard deviations above the mean of the general population. This performance corresponds to the following baseline scores:
IQ 130, (Wechsler scale with sd 15)
IQ 132, (Stanford-Binet scale with sd 16)
IQ 148, (Cattell scale with sd 24)
General Information
The name GRIQ comes from the combination of the first two letters of the word “Great” and/or “Grand” and the IQ component. The number of letters before the IQ component of the society name (GR, 2) is directly related to the two standard deviations above the mean required on an IQ performance for anyone to claim membership in the society.
Goals
GRIQ stands as a well organized introductory society for anyone to be involved into the high IQ world. The society members will interact with each other and with any other member of the WIN member societies either in the WIN boards or in the WIN Chat.
